In today’s job market, ....

In today’s job market, it is far more important to have practical skills than theoretical knowledge. In the future, job applicants may not need any formal qualifications. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

--------------

Because of the significant development of industry and service sectors, so many people think that: in the future job market need more skilled employees than theoretical candidates. The opinion maybe base on the different approaches, the essay will discuss more about this topic.

When the society go on the stabilization, most of process will be have standards, that reason why we need more practical skill employees to maintain the systems. On the other hand, a research center when having new ideas to transfer for companies, they need skill engineers to make it in the real. In Vietnam, FPT group, Vin group, … they have a large number of staffs to repair, maintain, and guarantee their products, the skill-employees directly preserve the source of companies’ money.

However, as we can see, so many big companies as Google, Facebook and Amazon, they still have the research and development centers because beside keep up systems, organizes need to develop products, make them more and more modern and competitive in the market, always update new functions, satisfy new demand. Some of companies want to create the new trend base on their products. So, how will do it? It must base on research and who will do it? Of course, that is theoretical knowledge.

I think practical skill and academic sector do not stand independence, they will complement and support together. In the future, we need more practical skill staffs to run new implementing projects, but it is necessary to have researchers finding new ways of development.
