Grammar

in those days / at that time / around that time

Which one would be possible? Do (a), (b) and (c) have a similar meaning?
(a) In those days, Jane came to see me almost every day.
(b) At that time, Jane came to see me almost every day.
(c) Around that time, Jane came to see me almost every day.
(d) Then, Jane came to see me almost every day.

(d) does not have the same meaning as (a), does it?
