Is "in this regard" an appropriate expression in the following context?
"Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to answer this question: which of the psychomotor driving skills, including attention and concentration, reactive stress tolerance, reaction time, speed of perception and visual orientation ability, peripheral perception, visual pursuit ability, 2hand coordination ability, the ability to predict speed and movement, are affected by the night shift work and what are the other effective factors in this regard."?
