In this long sentence,i'm confusing about some parts.

I was unable to confirm the anticipated launch date for the New Health line and the expected level of marketing support this product will recieive.

So, I mean, does it mean the person here coundn't confirm both the anticipated lanuch date and the expected level of marketing support?

the expected level of marketing support this product will recieive.(what does this part of sentence mean?)

support ,is that a noun here?

Thank you

Yes, he was able to confirm neither the date nor the level. Marketing support would essentially be advertising and advance calls on customers by the sales staff promoting the line - IMHO. "The expected level" means he doesn't know how much support there will be.

The company supports the product by "marketing" it, through advertising, and perhaps through personal calls to customers and retailers.

The product receives the support.

You could distinguish between "customer support" and "

The verb "to recieve" almost sounds like it's automatically passive.
I give it to you. You receive it from me.

The company/customers support the product. The product receives (or will receive) the support from the company/customers.

Marketing support is mainly advertising, which the company pays for.

Now I can totally understand this sentence!

I was unable to confirm the anticipated launch date for the New Health line and the expected level of marketing support this product will recieive.

This man couldn't expect the level of marketing support of this product will be recieved by customers or not.

I think you still need to sort out the difference between "customer support" and "marketing support."

And then there are two types of "customer support":

(1) help which the company gives to the customer
(2) attention which the customer gives to the product.
(The customers love the product. The customers support the product. Same thing.)

Please pardon the "reported speech" verb order error in the next-to-last sentence. It was intentional, but I shouldn't have done it.
