in these three years/weeks..these past three years

Dear teachers,
Could you possibly correct these sentences if anything is not correct?:

In these past three years / In these three years, there appeared many shops selling garments on this banned street.

We have had a lot of problems in these past three weeks/in these three weeks
We have been having a lot of problems in these past three weeks/in these three weeks

I would prefer to use the prepositions "over" or "during". Also, don't combine "these" with "past three". "These" refers to some time period mentioned earlier.
