...in the music, against the emotional atmosphere created by the team and the encouraging messages of the speaker.

Hi all

I am wondering if this sentence is grammatical and natural.

I think it was due to to the soothing lyrics in the music, against the emotional atmosphere created by the team and the encouraging messages of the speaker.

Thank you.

Peaceblinkfriend I think it was due to to the soothing lyrics in the music, against the emotional atmosphere created by the team and the encouraging messages of the speaker. 'against' doesn't seem right, and the sentence seems too long to be completely natural. Because we don't know what 'it' is, it's hard to interpret the last part of the sentence.
