In the mind?

Question

[purpose]-----to have "in the mind" as one's intention = have as one's intention that is born to one's mind?

[confuse]--- to cause to be mixed up in the mind----I can't understand "in the mind".

I wonder what is "in his mind". -----I wonder the world in his mind?

Could anybody check and make your suggestion for me?

"In the mind" -
The mind is the biological part of the body that thinks, reasons, feels, judges, and makes decisions which control and direct the movements of the muscles and operation of the organs. It is located in the cranium, and is seen physically as that structured, organized mass of neurons and vessels called the brain. It is also the place where memories are stored.

[confuse] It is not possible for someone to be mixed up "in their big toe". There are no decisions made in that part of the body, so your big toe can not be confused. Confusion is always "in the mind."

Intention is when the mind has made a decision, and is planning a series of actions and operations to achieve the desired result.

I wonder what is "in his mind".= I ask myself, "What is he thinking?"

The logic images may be opposed to each other,but the feelings is one with each other.
It looks like unity of opposites.
for example:
It has an effect on me, and I attach importance to it.
In a way those are the same feeling to me.
But its logic image is defferent from each other:

it (it as effector).....................I(I as effector)
------------------------------------------------------------
has.....................................attach
an effect...............................importance
on me (me as receptor)..................to it(it as receptor)

In order to have "in the mind" , we have to make sense of the stated "in".
The "in" used to show someone or something identifies involved / included in someone or something else as a part or the navigational star of someone or something else.

the logic image of the stated "in":

someone / something......................someone / something(the master)

identifies / is..........................identifies / is
involved / included.......................the navigational star

in someone or something else..............of someone or something else(the receptor)

For example:
