I would rephrase as: I haven't seen her since that dinner three months ago. ( I think you mean I have not seen her ...)

I totally agree that your version is natural. And thanks for correcting my dumb mistake again. (I said 'not' in my mind but somehow it disappeared)

How ackward is my original sentence? Out of 10 native speakers, how many would say it? None?
