In the front?
There is an auto part that should be mounted along the longitudinal line of the vehicle.
The part has two holes - one closer to the front and another closer to the rear of the vehicle. (I mean not exactly very close to the front or rear because the part is to be mounted in the middle of the car and not that long. Front/rear are just their relative positions)
In a technical document (table), can I refer to the holes as below?
Hole in the vehicle front
Hole in the vehicle rear
I MUST use the word "vehicle" to make it clear.
