Although I got my personal perspective, but I also need someone else to comfirm. The normal usage not just only a expert say "that is correct", all members must follow. They can voice out their personal opinion. Different countries also have different culture, different style of the English usage.

I am not trying to discourage you from asking question and learning. Learning how to apply correct English is more than just asking repeated questions and robotically link the words together in sentences. Natural English comes from reading and listening from which correct speech patterns and relevent contexts can be developed and mature over time. The “Can I say” method is a wron
