In the first and second sentence or sentences?

Hi. Please help. Which is correct? Do you perceive any ambiguity in using number 1 in the comment part? Thank you in advance.

(written to ask questions)

eg,

1. He are here.

2. He were here

3. He is here.

Comment: Only number 3 is correct. In the first and second 1) sentence

2) sentences, you should use the third-person singular. Thus the sentences should be "He is here" (in present tense) I for number 1 and "He was here" for number 2 (in past tense).
