I wonder if it is possible to say in the first sentence or line or etc???? I mean that putting IN before first, second,third is right or not?!

why don't your try that yourself? make a search at Yahoo for "in the first sentence" (quotation marks are important) and you will find many pages with that and you will discover the truth
