'In the end' or 'at the end'?

Are they all of valid English usage? What about 'on the end'? May you cite some examples to explain what are their right usages?

By the way, what's the difference between the sentence ' are they all of valid English usages' and ' are they all valid English usages'? Or may I say it ' are they all of valid English usage", in which the word 'usage' is viewed as a definition?
