In the doghouse (grammar question)

I have a grammar question that has my friend and I in a bind.

This is the sentence:

Please do your own dishes in order that my ex-wife Clara can remain free of stress.

My friend insists that a comma is necessary between "ex-wife" and "Clara." I say the sentence is fine the way it is written. To clarify, Clara is not the only Clara I know, but she is my only ex-wife.

What do you think?
