In the clould and on a cloud site

Hello
are both the following sentences OK?

Install an application in the cloud

Install an application on the cloud site.

Should the second one be in a cloud site and does cloud need a capital C?

These clouds are too new to have a prescriptive grammar. I see no reason for a capital 'C' and neither in nor on bothers me particularly. We will have to see how the grammar develops as time passes.
