Vocabulary

"in that long" versus "for that long"

Hi,

Do these sentences mean basically the exact same thing?

Are they both grammatical ?

1. You haven't cleaned your desk in that long?

2. You haven't cleaned your desk for that long?

Thanks a bunch !
