In-text citation help!

I'm writing an essay, and in my whole first paragraph I am using ideas from only one source.  I also have quotes from that same source too.  Do I need to put an in-text citation after every quote and idea, or can I just put one at the end of the paragraph?

Hard to tell without the actually layout, but usually the first is a fuller reference to the bibliography-- (Jones, A Textbook of Manual Procedures 2007), and then subsequent ones give only the author and page (Jones 2007, 108) Does that help?
