There has been a controversial topic all over the globe on whther music should become a permanent subject at school or students do not have to study this subject anymore. From my point of view, I think that music should be addopted voluntary.
To commerce with, music is not as important as another subject such as maths and literatures. If maths teaches us to think logically; to identify and state the problem clearly; to plan how to solve the problem; and then to apply the appropriate methods to evaluate and solve the problem. Literatures help you to have a higher vocabulary, better reading comprehension, and better communication skills, such as writing ability. While music is just break time for students to relax and escape from the tiredness of the day. Without maths and literatures, there can not be much of this developments like todays but without musics, people can still move on and find another entertain ways.

However, music is also a important industry which shows its popularity through the views of music videos on Youtube and other public platform. I agree that we should not force all students to learn music as a required subject but if it was the choice of those who have passion in this field, they need to be trained professionaly with the experts. Music may be not as important at school since the curriculumn is so simple and havs not change over decades
To conclude, music may be not interesting to students and should not be taught at school but for those who love music , they should be intact with what they love as well.
