The retirement age limit has been increased significantly in many countries.There are many controversial issues regarding the advantages and disadvantages of this. I will discuss both parts in the forthcoming paragraphs.
One of the major advantages of working beyond retirement age is the achievement of independent life. Those people who work in their older age doesn't require any financial support from their family for survival. So they can hold their self esteem same like what they did in the younger age. Another thing is many educational institutions and companies looks for people who have more sevice experience and knowledge . So they post more senior experienced people to work than youngsters. Lastly engaging in old age makes them more active socially .

Same time it has got some disadvantages. Firstly, the mental and physical health can be affected if people continued work for long time. So enough time needed to be given for relaxation. Another important thing is , the negative impact in the scope of young generation. If people continued to work even after their retirement age lower the chances of young eligible people often leads to unemployment. More over, the work which requires more physical capabilities may lack it's efficency if the older people are accommodated in that particular positions.

Summing up, working beyond the retairment age limit is good in many aspects. Which cannot outweigh the disadvantages, if make sure the health of the people is not affected.
