In this essay, I will examine some of the reasons why women become working mothers has been so popular as well as some of the downsides of doing so.

It is widely accepted that working outside the home brings women a range of benefits. One of them is that working mothers contribute to household income. They can help their husband pay the household expenses and provide enough the needs of their children. Because cost of living in several countries is become more and more expensive, the incomes of both man and woman are necessary to their household budgets. As a result of that, working mothers can receive the respect of their husband and children. More significantly, working mothers are good educators for their children. Working in companies or social gives woman an opportunity to experience and widen their knowledge. There is no doubt that mothers who work outside the home are well-educated and well-qualified people and they can inspire and find good ways to educate their children.

Turning now to the other side of the argument, one of the biggest drawbacks is that mothers who work outside the home might not have enough time for their family. While men only work at office, working women have to work at both office and home. Due to that, mothers might tend to neglect your children and give bad impacts for developing children psychology. Working mothers often work full time and they spend less time with their children. As the result, children do not have time to share about their problems in school or about themselves and they might become less talkative or depressed. Another negative side of working mother is that their heath might be affected. If women take a lot of time to work at office and at home, they will be tired and stressful. They worry about work and household chores every day, so they do not have ability to enjoy the life. Eventually, working mothers may become depressed.

To summarize, it should be borne in mind that working outside the home has both advantages and disadvantages for mothers. Although working mothers may not have enough time and their work affects their health, they are able to earn money for family and know how to educate their children. After the consideration, my own view is that the benefits are overweight the drawbacks.
