Can you tell me what part of the book didn't particularly read well, so much so that you had to throw it away into a trash can?

Hi,

Could anyone verify the correctness of these sentences I wrote?

Which ones are usable and which ones aren't?

Thanks

The problem with all of your attempts is that "didn't particularly read well" is a very mild criticism, which does not coordinate with having to throw the book away. Also, usually you would say either "throw it away " or "throw it into a trash can " -- you don't need both modifiers. I would suggest: Can you tell me what part of the book was so bad that you had to throw it away/throw it into the trash?
