In-Service Consideration Letter

Dear Sirs..

I am working in Hydrology Project as GIS Data Assistant. In our Hydrology Project has one Vacant position GIS(Geographical Information System) System Analyst post. I have lot of experience in this field, but not elgibility degree.(Now studying that elgibility degree).

I need consideration letter for that GIS System Analyst post to our Higher officer.

Please help me.
