In regard to "subject to"

Suppose I found that in the former Email there are some errors soon after I sent it, then I right all the wrongs and prepare to resend it. This time in first line can I add "Subject to this" to mean that the receiver should use the data in the latest instead of that in the former .

No, that is not what the phrase means. I think you will have to be clearer by titling #2 'Revised Email' or beginning with 'Please disregard my previous email.'
