Are my sentences correct?

-Please submit the duly completed form and required documents in printed copy to the College Office by 13 Dec at 5 pm.(should AT be replaced by a comma?)
-Panelists will explore Denmark's competitiveness on the job market in light of its position in the EF English Proficiency Index (EF EPI), a global ranking of countries by English levels.
