My sentence:

-You must submit your completed application form in (the) printed copy to the office.

Do I need THE? I don't find my sentence good sounding. Could you help me improve it?

You need to reword it. eg You must submit a printed copy of your application form to the office. You don't really need to say 'completed', do you?
