In order

I have to pass Philosophy 1 in order to transfer to a 4 year university.

Or

I have to pass Philosophy 1 for me to transfer to a 4 year college.

Are these sentences correct?

Hi, I wouldn't say #2 is completely wrong, but it sounds very awkward. Use #1. Clive

"for me" is assumed because the subject is "I". Leave it out. The other sentence is OK.
