Don't use "the" when you give the page number. Say "on page 56", not "on the page 56".
It's on, on, and on. You saw something on page 25. You can find it on pages 5 to 20. It is used on pages 16 - 67. There was nothing on page 405. I wrote a few notes on page 18.
You don't use "the" even if you are referring to the pages of a specific book/ newspaper? Page 4 of the book, not the page 4 of the book? How about something like "Day 5 of the second trial"? Do you still not need "the"?
0I get corrected all the time for the following02br 02br 00What I write: 02br 02br 00"...can be found on appendix A"02br 02br 00Corrected to: 02br 02br 00"...can be found in appendix A"02br 02br 00Why is this case different than the "on page" example. Does appendix imply its own document02br
0Perhaps. In any case, an appendix is not a page, it is a section: 01i01b00in02b00 the table of contents; 01b00in02b00 the preface; 01b00in02b00 Chapter 13;01b00 in02b00 the appendix, 01b00in02b00 the index02i00, etc.0-
