You can find the invoice in the Oracle database / system.
(Oracle is the name of a company. Oracle makes computer systems, applications, middleware, and components. Their database product is also called commonly called Oracle.

He is using Oracle. He is searching the Oracle database. He is writing applications / reports for the Oracle data server. He is reviewing the reports generated by the Oracle report server last night.
He works with Oracle on a daily basis.

He is an Oracle programmer. He is on the Oracle development team. He is working on the next release of Oracle. (He works on Oracle.)
