"A lot of seasonal laborers are wroking [ in | on] a wheat farm."

Which is correct, in or on? I think 'in' is the answer. Correct?

Good question. I would like to know this one as well.... But I guess it is on a wheat farm... Maybe it depends on the local position they are in. In a weatfarm means maybe they only work in a building all the time.
