'In' or 'of'

Hi! Can somebody please tell me which one of the following sentences is grammatically correct.

1.It brings out the inner feelings *of* the participants and can help them to develop a healthy personality.
2.It brings out the inner feelings *in* the participants and can help them to develop a healthy personalty.
