Could you tell me which one (or others) is correct?

A. There are two types in each factor.

B. There are two types of two factors.

C. There are two types of each factor.

The situation is that there are two factors.

B is wrong. A and C are OK. I think that I would write: There are two types for each of the two factors.

Is it correct to say "What are two types of flowers"? or "What are the two types of flowers"? (There are several types of flowers)

If there are several types of flowers, then you cannot use your 2nd sentence.
