in or at?

" i'm at office" or "i'm in office" Which one is correct?
i used to ask this question but i haven't had a satisfying answer.
If someone knows which one is correct, please tell me

Both are wrong. Say: I'm in/at the office.

Both are used. But the meaning can sometimes be a bit idiomatic.

Here are a few comments.
I am at the office. Specifies my location.
I may be inside the building, or eg standing outside waiting for a cab.
