In one hour or one hour later?

What is the difference between " in one hour" and " one hour later" ? If we say i will be there an hour later, can this sentence be equal to i will be there in an hour? Any slight differences between them when saying these two phrases?

"in one hour" means one hour from now. "an hour later" means one hour later than some other event that must be understood from the context. Remember that the word "I" is always capitalised, and that there should be no space after an opening quotation mark or before a question mark.
