Are these sentences correct:

1) That will happen in not a long time.
2) Change will come in not a long time.

3) That will happen in not a long while.
4) Change will come in not a long while..

They sound a bit odd to me, even though they are perfectly intelligible. in no so long a time/while sounds better to my native ear.
