I must say the sentences sound really weird to me. Any how, I am guessing you are talking about life after death/afterlife. In that case, I would probably say 'In my next life...' 'I want to be your son in my next life'

"My" is more common than "the". In my next life, I'm going to be six inches taller than I am now.
