In need of help

I don't understand why there is an s in dad and Brittany for these sentences

I'm at your dads house.
Are you Brittany's brother.
On this sentence, how come its watch and not watches...
You know, theres alot of cute guy that watch football.
Why it is discussed and not discuss? The author is using "are" which is present tense so why it is discussed?

Data fusion and data mining are the two main topics being discussed in this paper.

Thank you
