In need of essay help, please!
Good evening all
I would greatly appreciate some insight to my essay. As I continue to read it, I feel as though it lacks depth. My points are not supported but I can't seem to find the appropriate words. Thank you kindly for your time!
As I sat in class that rainy Wednesday night, my Cornerstone Experience professor began discussing a required project. This semester long project was called "GPS - Go, Picture, Scribe." At first thought, this was going to be difficult, and that thought turned to discouragement. How am I supposed to participate in school activities when I live so far and work so much? It wasn't until another professor said "I know this is a difficult task for those of you that work or have families, but think of this; you go to class every week and never meet new people, or make a friend. What are the chances you will want to continue?" As I participated in events like "Games on the Lawn" and the service Saturday at the Imaginarium, I began to make friends and started looking forward to class. People I never would have met were suddenly the highlight to my Wednesday evenings. What I like most about this group of students is how diverse everyone is. We all have our own ideas, backgrounds and beliefs. Diversity plays an important role in school, work and in our personal lives because we begin to accept differences and changes.
First, diversity in school allows students to feel accepted and the ability to be comfortable with their differences. It also helps students let go of personal biases and teaches students to learn more about what is inside of a person instead of judging them by their looks. While instructors go on to teach cultures and histories of the world, we are able to embrace our differences and find pride in our beliefs.
Secondly, diversity in the workplace is important because a company grows on changes and ideas. Diversity can enhance the company's readiness to an ever changing world of consumers, which can improve relationships with the community and increase the company's ability to change with the times. With each different employee, they bring an idea and personality.
Lastly, without differences, life would become dull and boring if we didn't have friends from different backgrounds. We identify our differences and learn to embrace them. This provides our society and culture with unique perspectives. Diversity can create new ideas and changes that can be beneficial to our own lives.
In the end, we all bring something new and unique to each thing we do. The differences in each person are what makes them valuable, and accepting diversity gives people a voice. “He who is different from me does not impoverish me - he enriches me. Our unity is constituted in something higher than ourselves - in Man... For no man seeks to hear his own echo, or to find his reflection in the glass.”

Hello, your essay seems quite abrupt and the paragraphs do not seem to relate to each other. You need to form some relation between the introduction and the paragraph as well as create a flow between all main body paragraphs. there is also no need to add, first, secondly and lastly in the start of the paragraphs.
