In my teens? in my teenage years? in my 10s?

I'd like to talk about the time when I was older than 10 and younger than 20. Which one is correct?

In my teens? In my teenage years? In my 10s?

I think in my 10s is odd but I think in my 20s or in my 40s are correct

You can't be in your tens. You are in your teens if you are of an age that ends in "-teen". There is no similar term for 12 and younger; we call that childhood.
