in my judgement

In my judgement, I think Hem is the best physicist among the scientists of the SEA region.
please tell me what is incorrect in grammar in the sentence above.

I would change judgement to opinion . EDIT: And of course delete I think , as Clive suggested.

Hi,

Nothing is wrong with the grammar.
But I'd delete 'I think'. 'In my judgement' already makes it clear that this is what you think.
