In most successful companies, some people think that communication between employers and workers is the most important factor, other people say that other factors are more important. Discuss both views and give your opinion.


In the majority of wealthy businesses, many people argue that interpersonal skill between management and laborers is the crucial element, others think that other elements are greater. In this essay, I will elaborate on both perspectives and the reason why I am in favor of the idea of applying interpersonal skills among co-workers in businesses.


On the one hand, applying interpersonal skills  can narrow the relationship gap between people in the world today. For example, in the workforce,  interpersonal skills can be the best solution to bring benefits in improving relationships and enhancing close feelings between management and laborers through eye contact, gestures... can make people feel they can clearly understand the meaning of communication. As a result, interpersonal skills play a crucial role in enhancing the relationship in most wealthy businesses in the long run.


On the other hand, interpersonal skills can be relevant to associating with many foreign company owners. For instance, there are many transnational companies recruiting a whole lot of Vietnamese people to work, but the language barrier has made communication more difficult. Since then, many jobs have been postponed simply because they did not understand the meaning of the required work. Nowadays, there are many methods to improve communication and relationships between managers and employees in transnational companies. Consequently, it can be seen that communication is the responsibility of each person in many large businesses today.


In conclusion, although both views have their own merits, I maintain that it is better for employees to enhance the interpersonal skills in the workforce due to it playing a crucial role in economic growth worldwide. It is advisable that workers and management should adapt the interpersonal skills in the business.
