In minutes versus days

Hello.

Would you please change 'in minutes versus days' into another phrase in oder to understand easily.

I don't use 'versus' often, so I don' unserstand the meaning of the following sentence.

"Application updates made in minutes versus days."

Please help me.

"updates in minutes versus days" The frequency of updates is measurable in minutes, not like some applications, where the frequency must be measured in days. To tell you how often the application is updated, we would say something like "every 10 minutes" or "every 40 minutes", not "every day" or "every 2 days". "versus" is used to show contrast.

Hello CalifJim,

Thank you for replying.

So is "Application updates made in minutes versus days" almost equal to
"Application updates made in minutes NOT IN days"?
