To begin with, patents now tend to mollycolder children so that children creat bad eating habits. The reason for this is may working adults have little or no time for the family. Young generations today prefer unhealthy food which is lacked neccessary nutricents because they are convenient. In fact, with the development of technology, youngsters spend more hours on playing games, watching TV rather than going outside. Also, most educaion institutions focus on academic subjects, that lead to lack of physical exercises. Those reasons may affect children's physical health and lead to deadly disease.
Besides, government need have several solutions for this problem. Nowadays, the social media is burgeon and widespread so that unhealthy food appearance almost everywhere. The authorities have to restricts the advertisements of foods and drinks that contain high level of suga and fat on TV with other social media channels. Futhermore, it is important for government to raise public awareness of childhood obesity among citizens and have an annual check-up in order to follow children's health easily.
To sum up, although the authorities have to establish several efficient solutions for children's health risk, parents and schools have an enormous impact of children's health and obesity. For these reasons, children nees to have a balanced diet and cultivate a good habit to stay in shape.
