Therefore, people who are initially executives will become wealthy whereas others are still suffering from the property. It is believed that people earning exceeding salaries will benefit the country whereas some opinions suggest governments should put an upper limit on the wage rate of employees. I strongly agree that people should be paid well for the efforts they put into their work.

Authorities ought to put a cap on employees’ salary ranges as the class distinction is severely increasing because of the imbalance in society. When the riches become richer and the poor become poorer the inequality in wage rates. Therefore, they will satisfy and more motivated for promotion as well as companies will have more choices if they are seeking talents for an important position when they pay an attractive wage. Moreover, high salaries will lead to high taxes that people have to pay to the government, which certainly benefits the country’s economy and finance. For instance, The UK is now facing a severe crisis, but its economy is still actually strong compared to other countries.
