They are largely OK.

The only comment I would make is that "inbox" normally refers to an electronic mail system, while "put it in" sounds as if you mean a physical container for incoming office mail. If so, the word I would use is "in-tray".

(Edited) OK, I've just seen that "inbox" is apparently AmE for "in-tray" (
