In-house

Hi,

Someone ask me that when the goods can be in-house my store room.

Can I write that way " Get the in-house the said goods at least needed up to 15th April."?

Or any other better way to explain?

The original sentence is ungrammatical and 'someone' used 'in-house' incorrectly. It's not clear what he meant.
