I see. However, I think, if there is the original post, it might help teachers to understand why the one who posted the first question ask another question and to answer it though it is diverged from the original one.

I'd use an initial capital letter for ****, It is the name of a place, even if you believe it does not exist.

I would not use the capital letter in expressions such as That must have been **** for you, in which **** means an extremely unpleasant situation.b
