In grammar vs. at grammar

Hello English users, Here is a hypothetically preposition-related question: Is there any difference between "in grammar" and "at grammar"?

It's been a long time not to talk to you. I admire your long-term enthusiastic ability to help people who want/need to learn English. Anyway, that is exactly why I have not given any example because I specifically asked if there is any difference between two of them. I left them in a state of partial blank for a reason which is I can see if those prepositional objects are grammatically acceptable with "grammar" in any possible mean first and then would consequentially ask that they are both given with experiment-like examples by certain advanced English users who are capable of answering with their wisdom rather than knowledge such as you. This basically states that the question I asked is experimental. I do not sure how to interpret my thoughts exactly, but English is not my first language since I have been using American Sign Language, my first language, due to the fact I am deaf. I hope that you will have to figure out what I meant exactly because interpreting my thoughts with any word can be difficult for me to match, but I do not mind to rephrase what I meant exactly till you got what I meant. More importantly, if they are grammatically acceptable, then I would specifically ask for 'experiment-like examples' based on my pre-contingency by asking you to give at least two sentences that the first one for 'in grammar' and the second for 'at grammar'. Then, I would ask you to give how were they perceived exactly. I hope that my details can help you to capture what I am trying to do exactly.
