In, during, over, throughout

Which of the following sentences is correct?

1) I have been studying English really/very hard in the past two years.

2) I have been studying English really/very hard over the past two years.

3) I have been studying English really/very hard during the past two years.

4) I have been studying English really/very hard throughout the past two years.

If all four are possible, do they mean the same thing?

If so, which do you prefer?

By the way, should I use "really" or "very" in the above sentences?

Thank you.
