in doubt about the word 'preference'

Hi,

The context is:  A says 'I love roses to B', and B wants to say that what s/he loves is nice.
Could you please tell me what B could say to A in order to express the idea that what A loves is nice?

A: I love roses.
B: You have a nice preference.  (is it appropriate here, please? could you give any alternatives if possible, please?)

 Thank you all.
