In case of urgency/emergency

If I want to say "I am out of office, in case of urgency/emergency please call my mobile phone"
What's the difference between urgency and emergency?
I guess emergency is more imperative, so urgency is more appropriate, am I right?

Emergency refers to events with catastrophic consequences, i.e. fire, injury, medical conditions, earthquakes and flood etc...
Urgency refers to something non-life threatening and time sensitive. You have a marketing presentation to make tomorrow but you haven't receieved all the data from you staff. That is urgency.

Out of office memo actually should look something like this

I will be out of the office from _startr date______to __ending date_____

Please refer all urgent matters to ____name__________during my absence.



In the event of emergency, you may contact me on my mobile
